Cookies and analytics

• We use PostHog for analytics
• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection
• Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Google Ads for advertising measurement, only if you accept advertising cookies

For Google Ads booking conversion tracking, we may send booking event details such as booking reference, page URL, club/class details, and attendee count. We do not send names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Ads for this purpose.

Google may process advertising measurement data in line with its Privacy Policy.

Data is shared only with:

• Payment processors
• SMS notification providers
• Our scheduling platform (Acuity)
• Meta and Google, when advertising cookies are accepted, for campaign measurement and optimisation

Data retention

• Booking data retained for 2 years after last activity
• Analytics data anonymised and retained for 12 months
